Could you use a little Wonder? Consider me your white rabbit.

It’s not all fun and games (though there will be lots of those.) Coaching isn’t therapy and I’m not Dr. Phil, yo’ momma or your friendly local play therapist. Play therapy is a directed journey through deep-rooted or lingering psychological issues. Coaching is a crash course in self-directed recovery from the “icks,” “ughs” and “sniffles” of life. And when it comes to getting you out of a rut, consider me your white rabbit of whimsy. I can point you in the right direction, but how you get there and what you do once you are in your individual Wonderland is entirely up to you.
(Free advice: I strongly advise against consuming any products marked “Eat Me” or “Drink Me.” Don’t be an airhead, Alice.)
I tell it like it is – and occasionally package it in pop culture references. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I skip to the beat of my own drummer whether or not people are watching. I am a Positive Psychology devotee/nut. I subscribe to the philosophies of Joy and Fun. I’ve been described as “sasstastic.” I wholeheartedly believe in silver linings, fairy tale endings, and laughing until Diet Coke comes out of your nose.
In this one-hour introductory session (via Skype or phone) we’ll get a good, warm, fuzzy feel for each other, clarify the focus of our quest for whimsy, discuss your scheduling, and establish an action plan. You’ll receive a “Whimsy One-Sheet” to complete before our chat so we can get right to the good stuff.*
After our initial call, coaching sessions are available in once, twice, or thrice a month frequencies. All coaching options include e-mail support between calls and a weekly whimsyinducer (homework is such an icky word).
*Specialized courses are also offered in conjunction with my Pop-Ease series of workbooks.
